Please read these Terms of service carefully before you purchase your products. Everyone who orders a product will be regarded as having accepted these Terms of service.
Payment terms
The Sarah Gillespie Music online store accepts all major credit cards. Payments are taken via Stripe providing a secure gateway for processing transactions. Payments through Stripe can either be made with an existing Stripe account, by registering with Stripe, or by simply entering your card details.
All the products and their prices are in British Pounds £. The shipping cost will be added to the selling cost, you will see this when you purchase your product. The final amount will include the shipping cost.
Shipping and delivery
When the payment has reached us, we will send the item. This means that the product will be sent within 3 to 4 working days. The delivery date will be dependent on destination, and we will always send items first class and tracked. Unfortunately the shipping time can take a little longer these days due to the Covid situation.
SARAH will make sure your product arrives as soon as possible at the address given by the purchaser.
If the shipping address is incorrect the cost of solving this problem is on the purchaser.
Colour Representation (Paintings)
The colour in the paintings shown on this website may not represent the colours of the actual paintings, this depends on screen calibration, ambient light and many other factors.
As Sarah uploads all the original paintings herself she endeavours to try an achieve as accurate representation as she can.
Return Policy (CDs & Books)
CDs and books: If your CD or book is damaged in the post, please return it to us and we can arrange a replacement to be sent to you.
